By invitation, “Friends of HSCAF” was successful in bringing a special "SEAS" Program entitled “Anne Sullivan” to Pompano Beach Elementary School Students
on February 29, 2008.

With the support of Bill Bankowski, Pompano Beach High School International Magnet Coordinator, “Friends” produced the exciting travelogue,
“From Brazil to the World”, a recognized event from the
"SEAS" 2007-2008 Calendar, in the PBHS Auditorium
on March 20, 2008 for the Public at Large.

South Florida's Premiere Mens "Barbershop Harmony Chorus", the 2008 Florida State Champions, a Florida Tradition Since 1984, performing
"Four part a Capella Programs" with songs from a cross-generational repertoire

Attached to the “CHORDSMEN” are four award winning Quartets,
the “ROUNDERS”, “ON DEMAND”, “HOTSHOTS”,

NEW YORK METROPOLITAN OPERA HD

Florida Repertory Theatre has announced a partnership with New York's Metropolitan Opera. Together with National CineMedia, Met Opera is bringing Live Opera to theatre screens in the United State though Live HD transmissions.
Because of the huge demands for tickets, "ENCORE" taped performance are offered on intervening Saturdays.
